I propose establishing a frozen yogurt and hot knish stand within the Kings Point community. This initiative would generate additional revenue and enhance the community’s social atmosphere. This could be implement through a standard rental agreement or a profit-sharing arrangement. The ideal area for this would be against the rear wall between the restrooms of the Monaco Clubhouse adjacent the swimming pool.
